Customers have 2 calendar days to return/exchange an item(s) from the date the item(s) are received. Customers must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give further instruction via return email on how to return your item.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) & in original packaging. We only accept returns on full priced items. We do not accept returns on sale/discounted items unless they are faulty. Your item needs to have the email receipt included in the return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return/exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund (minus the original delivery fee) to your original method of payment, or send out the replacement item(s). If a replacement is sent out, you will be charged the cost of the delivery fee.
All products not returned in accordance with the above Return Procedures may be rejected and no refund/exchange will be issued.
